Here at WOD SuperStore, we have a lot of experience measuring for knee sleeves at events. So were sharing what weve learned to help you get the right size when shopping online and avoid having to make an exchange.

When it comes to knee sleeve sizing, each brand is a little different. Today were going to take a look at how to measure for Rehband Knee Sleeves.

Youll need:

• A flexible tape measure that has centimeters or inches
• The Rehband size chart

Stand with about 30 degrees flexion in the knee and measure 10 cm down from the center of the knee cap. Once you have determined where that is, simply measure the circumference of your leg at that point.

I measure 35 cm, which puts me on the edge of small and medium on the size chart. I wear a small which is snug, but there is no discomfort from being too tight. In our experience, if you are on the border line most folks like to select the smaller of the two sizes. This is especially true when wearing knee sleeves for more aggressive movements compared to an Olympic lift.

The model in our video measures 34 cm, which puts her in a small on the size chart and that is the size she wears.

Are You Sure You Really Measure The Size Of Your Knees

We have a lot of experience personally sizing knee sleeves for folks at events so we wanted to share what we have learned with you so you can get the right size and wont have to worry about making an exchange.

Today we are going to take a look at how we measure for a knee sleeve, this method can be used for any knee sleeve that requires you to measure 15 cm down from the middle of your knee or 5 7/8 inches. The only thing you will need is a flexible tape measure that has inches or cm.

To start, measure 5 and 7/8 inches or 15 cm down from the middle of the knee cap. Its recommend that you keep about 30 degrees of flexion in the knee. Once you determine where that is simply measure the circumference of your leg.

I measure at 14 and one half inches which puts me at the top of the medium size chart. In our experience, most folks like to size down and I actually wear a small.

This is especially true when wearing the knee sleeves for a more aggressive movement than just an Olympic lift. The small is snug and there is no discomfort from being too tight.
